The website is operated under the Soralisse brand by Qingdao Xiangxinyu Garment Co., Ltd. “Soralisse,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to this operator. These Terms apply to website visits, accounts, orders, and other interactions with the store.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are a minor, use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. 3. Products and print-on-demand production
Soralisse offers apparel for everyday wear and personal style. Many products are created through print-on-demand after an order is placed. Because pieces may be made individually, print placement, colour, appearance, sizing, fabric texture, and finish may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Items in one order may be produced and shipped separately. These normal variations are not necessarily defects.

4. Product information and availability
We aim to present accurate descriptions, photographs, materials, colours, dimensions, prices, options, and care information. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and production variations can affect appearance. Availability is not guaranteed and products may be updated, limited, or discontinued.
5. Personalised and customised products
Check all text, images, colours, sizes, design selections, and other options before confirming a personalised order. Personalised and made-to-order products may require extra production time and generally are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where stated on the product page and permitted by law.
6. Prices and payments
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, customs fees, and other checkout amounts are shown before you submit an order. Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment providers, and we generally do not directly store complete payment-card details.
7. Order acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean it has been accepted. We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons including product or printing availability, incorrect pricing or product information, payment-authorisation failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, duplicate or unusually large orders, or apparent unauthorised resale. If we cancel after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
8. Order changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Because print-on-demand production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after production has started. Confirm the product, size, colour, design, quantity, email address, and delivery address before submitting your order.
9. Shipping and delivery
Soralisse ships to destinations available at checkout. Production and shipping are separate stages. Processing, estimated transit times, tracking, customs information, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and delays may occur because of production issues, customs, incorrect addresses, weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Multiple products may arrive in separate packages.
10. Returns, refunds, and order problems
Return eligibility and procedures are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy. Eligible return requests generally must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Because many products are printed to order, change-of-mind, incorrect-size, incorrect-colour, or incorrect-design returns may be restricted where stated on the product page and permitted by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs. We will provide an appropriate solution and cover applicable authorised costs where required.
11. Customer accounts
If you create an account, keep your login information confidential and notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without authorisation. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
12. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, artwork, product presentation, and software, are owned by or licensed to Qingdao Xiangxinyu Garment Co., Ltd. or applicable licensors.
